Returns window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To start a return, please email us at support@swimiki.com with your order number.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. If an item appears worn, used, or not in its original condition, we may not be able to accept the return. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.
Ordered the wrong size?
We understand — kids grow fast! If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you may request a return as long as the item meets the conditions above.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, gift cards or promotional gifts, clearance items, sets or packs (partial returns or exchanges are not accepted) are not eligible for return.
Return shipping
Once your return is approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the item(s) back us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@swimiki.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the right item is to: Return the original item (once approved), and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed. Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@swimiki.com.
