How do I choose the right size?

Swimiki socks fit snugly, like swimwear. For the most comfortable experience:

  • Choose based on your child’s foot length, not age
  • If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up
  • For fast-growing feet, sizing up allows longer wear

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Wrong size? No worries. Request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition by emailing support@swimiki.com.

Do Swimiki socks protect against sharp objects?

Swimiki socks provide light protection from hot surfaces and rough ground, but they are not designed for sharp objects or rocky terrain.

Do Swimiki socks prevent slips completely?

Swimiki non-slip pool and beach socks are designed to provide improved grip on wet and dry surfaces to support safer movement during water and beach activities. However, they do not eliminate the risk of slipping, falling, or injury.

Grip performance may vary depending on factors such as surface type, water or sand conditions, activity level, fit, and normal wear over time. No footwear can guarantee complete protection against accidents.

This product is not safety or protective equipment and should not be relied upon as a substitute for safe behaviour. Children should always move carefully and be actively supervised by a responsible adult when wearing this product.

Please ensure correct sizing and inspect the socks regularly. Discontinue use if the grip pattern becomes worn, damaged, or compromised.

Are Swimiki socks suitable for babies and new walkers?

Yes. Swimiki socks are ideal for new walkers. The soft, flexible soles support natural, barefoot-like movement, helping babies feel the ground and develop balance with confidence.

What is your return & refund policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return requests must be made to support@swimiki.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed after items are inspected.

For our local customers in Singapore, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

How much is the shipping fee?

A flat S$5 shipping fee applies for all orders.

At the moment, Swimiki ships within Singapore only.
